Rita holds a Masters from Loyola University; serves on International Rubenfeld Synergists Board of Directors; is a member of DC Guild of Body Psychotherapists; and has 35+ years of spirituality training. She artfully weaves Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Doubling, Family Constellations, Dreamwork, Voice Dialogue and Matrix Energetics techniques into her work.
