Lynn Krigbaum

Lynn lives in Manhattan and has had a private practice for over 10 years. After becoming a Certified Rubenfeld Synergist, Lynn went on to post-graduate work in synergy as a teaching intern and became a certified Rubenfeld Synergy mentor. She has assisted and/or co-led workshops with Ilana Rubenfeld at Omega Institute for over a decade.

Lynn comes from a performing arts background and has helped with many artists over the years with self-esteem, confidence and performance anxiety. She also works with issues such as eating disorders, depression and/or anxiety, incest and sexual abuse, and life transitions. She has seen the profound effects that Rubenfeld Synergy can have on clients’ lives.

As an ordained Interfaith Minister and Minister of Spiritual Counseling, Lynn is adept at exploring spiritual matters with clients who are searching for that connection.

Lynn is a licensed Certified Social Worker and is trained in EMDR, which utilizes special techniques in dealing with trauma.
