Peggy Bennett

Through her own experience of Rubenfeld Synergy, Peggy Bennett returned to the fullness of life from the crippling devastation of severe osteoarthritis. Having learned to trust the wisdom of her body, she now teaches others to tap into their own internal wellsprings of healing and renewal. Her clients are drawn to the integration of body, mind, spirit, and emotions that is the very core of this healing art and are known to delight in the spirit of play, exploration, and humor that underlies it.

Many years of teaching—at the elementary and university levels, in community adult education, and in the business world—have honed Peggy’s skills to “lead and draw forth.” Additional extensive work in higher education administration has taught her the value of collaborative innovation, which echoes the non-hierarchical basis of relationship in Rubenfeld Synergy. Together client and synergist can co-create a new reality.
