Deb Elkin, LPC, CRS

Deb Elkin is a licensed psychotherapist specializing in the body-mind connection. Her approach to psychotherapy is a body-focused approach. She believes that the body is intricately linked to the mind and to our emotions and therefore cannot be ignored or left out of the healing process.

Deb has been in private practice for 30 years. She has trained in both traditional talk psychotherapy and in body-focused psychotherapy. She has been strongly influenced by her training in the Rubenfeld Synergy Method which is the foundation for her work. She also integrates into her approach The Integrative Process Method, Voice Dialogue Technique, and Somatic Experiencing.
