The Master Synergist Council are individual Synergists Ilana invited in 1995 to join her in envisioning plans for the future of the Rubenfeld Synergy Method®.

The Master Synergists have committed themselves to embody, express, and teach creatively the healing power of the Rubenfeld Synergy Method in the community and in the world.
Further developments:
In 2001 the MSC saw that in order for RSM to grow and expand its horizons it needed to create new avenues. The financial and legal matters needed a specific body to attend to these responsibilities. To this end the not-for-profit entity Rubenfeld Center Inc. was created and Ilana assigned all intellectual properties over to it. RCI was given the legal and financial stewardship for RSM.
The Master Synergists as the educators could now focus their energy & talents on carrying forward the educational goals. The Master Synergist Council became an integral committee of RCI charged with the responsibilities to:
- Design and implement all RSM Trainings
- Professional certification of Rubenfeld Synergists
- Professional certification of Teaching Interns
- Design and implement Workshop Leadership Training
- RSM Graduate Training
- Develop future trainings
- Guide and administer the Certified Mentor Program
